  Many plate formats
Terrace tiles from the VT series are characterized by a fairly wide range of sizes in which we can produce them. The largest slab can measure up to 150x60x3 cm.
The 100x100 cm and 80x80 cm formats are available with a beveled and sharp edge.

Multitude of colors
We produce terrace tiles in as many as 10 shades.

Frost-resistant

Fireproof

Purpose: terraces, balconies, walkways around the house, stairs.

Terrace tiles are not suitable for driveways and garage floors.

Properties

Two types of porosity

Smooth with 98% smooth concrete on the front side. Small, pinhead sized pores may occur at the ends of the boards and at the edges.

Average porosity characterized by small, irregular holes resulting from the air entrainment of concrete with a denser consistency, unevenly distributed throughout the slab.


 Resilience
The architectural concrete from which the offered VT series panels are made is chemically reinforced concrete with the use of coarser aggregate. Thanks to this structure, the produced boards can be only 3 cm thick, while maintaining strength and durability. Reaction to fire - class A1.

Care

Impregnation

Regardless of where the slabs are placed outside, each floor slab should be impregnated due to the absorptive properties of concrete. Thanks to this, the terrace will look better for a long time and its cleaning with a pressure washer for example, will be much easier. For this purpose, we recommend using an impregnation from our offer (impregnation - buy the product).

Usage

Terrace tiles made of architectural concrete should be swept and washed, regular care treatments will preserve the aesthetic and functional qualities of the surface. Dirt, soil and sand should be regularly removed with a brush. In the case of larger and more difficult to remove dirt, a mixture of water and gray soap can be used for this purpose. Do not leave metal objects that can rust or moisture-absorbing materials, e.g. doormats, rugs.

Cutting to size

Our slabs can be easily cut to the desired size using diamond discs for concrete cutting. You can use a regular angle grinder or a circular saw for this. Cutting should be done dry without the use of water.

For the convenience of our customers - on request - we can cut the ordered boards to the selected size. The cost of such a service is PLN 25 gross per running meter of cut.


Drilling holes

Using drills and hole saws for concrete, you can make mounting holes in the boards for drainage grates or furniture recessed into the floor. All holes must be drilled without hammering.

1. Installation on adjustable brackets (buzons), ventilated construction. Applies to boards with a minimum thickness of 3 cm.
2. Installation on the ballast.
3. Glue mounting (available here).

Additional information:

▫️ For the installation of concrete slabs, it is recommended to use dedicated mounting glue also available in our store.

▫️ Potential factory deviations of architectural concrete slabs should be reported before installation.

▫️ Due to the characteristics of architectural concrete, differences in the number and size of pits on the surface of individual slabs are possible. Color and dimensional discrepancies (+/- 3 mm) are also allowed.

▫️ Before installation, check the entire batch of slabs and plan the distribution of individual slabs and the order of their assembly by selecting slabs from different places pallets to preserve the natural appearance of the wall.

▫️ For demonstration purposes, the slabs in the photos, realization and visualizations are shown in different color versions. To choose a color based on real colors, we suggest purchasing a sampler of concrete slabs.

▫️ Colors displayed on customer monitors may differ from the actual color due to discrepancies in matrices and display calibrations.

▫️ The sslabs may have casting residues on the edges, which the assembly assemly team should sand before placing the slabs on the wall.
