Winter dream - fireplace

When you think about a winter evening at home, how do you imagine it?

Are you sitting comfortably in an armchair with a good book, devoting yourself to your imagination, or are you laughing all evening playing board games with your children or friends? Or is it also the only time you have to cook together? It is so nice when on frosty evenings there is a smell of home-made soup or wonderfully fragrant root gingerbread.

I always imagine a lighted fireplace with all this, the very orange light that comes out of it makes us feel much warmer despite the freezing temperatures. And I don't know how for you, but for me the sound of burning wood, the crackling of sparks has always been very relaxing.

However, not everyone can afford a real fireplace. Often, regulations, lack of a suitable smoke duct or sufficient space stand in our way.
