The structure of the VT series terrace boards resembles a floor made of wooden boards. However, thanks to the use of concrete slabs, the floor is incomparably more resistant to weather conditions and mechanical damage, e.g. abrasion.

The grooved structure of the board helps drain water, which additionally increases grip, especially in humid conditions, minimizing the risk of falling or slipping.

The concrete from which the offered VT series boards are made is chemically reinforced concrete using thicker aggregate. Thanks to this structure, the boards produced can be only 3 cm thick, while maintaining strength and durability. Reaction to fire - class A1.

Destiny

Concrete boards have a wide range of applications. They are mainly used to build terraces due to their durability and resistance to changes in weather conditions.

They can also be used as garden paths and alleys - they can serve as a durable and aesthetic solution.

Furthermore, they are often used in areas around swimming pools - where slip resistance and ease of cleaning are crucial.

Their aesthetic appearance makes them used in playgrounds, recreational areas, restaurants and outdoor cafes.


Decking boards are not suitable for car driveways or garage floors.

Impregnation

Protect the floor so that it can be enjoyed for years

Regardless of where the boards are placed outdoors, each floor slab should be impregnated due to the absorbent properties of concrete. Thanks to this, the terrace will look better for a long time and cleaning it, e.g. with a pressure washer, will become much easier. For this purpose, we recommend using an impregnate from our impregnation offer - buy the product.

Usage

Terrace boards made of architectural concrete should be swept and washed regular maintenance will help maintain the aesthetic and functional values ​​of the surface. Current dirt, added soil and sand should be regularly removed with a brush. In the case of larger and more difficult to remove dirt, you can use a mixture of water and gray soap. Do not leave metal objects that may rust or materials that absorb moisture, e.g. doormats or rugs, on the boards.

Processing of VT series terrace boards

 Cutting to size

Our slabs can be easily cut to the desired size using diamond concrete discs. You can use a regular angle grinder or a circular saw for this purpose. Cutting should be performed dry without using water.

For the convenience of our customers - upon request - we can cut the ordered boards to the selected size. The cost of such a service is PLN 25 gross per linear meter of cutting. 

 Drilling holes

Using drills and concrete hole saws, you can make mounting holes in the slabs for drainage grates or furniture recessed into the floor. All holes should be drilled without using a hammer.

 Additional information:
 
▫️ Any deviations and manufacturing defects of architectural concrete boards should be reported before installation, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

▫️ Due to the characteristics of architectural concrete, differences in the number and size of pits on the surface of individual slabs are possible. Color and dimensional discrepancies (+/- 3 mm) are also allowed.

▫️ Before installation, after checking the product, you should plan the arrangement of individual boards and the order of their installation, selecting boards from different places on the pallet to maintain a natural appearance.

▫️ For demonstration purposes, the products in the photos, implementations and visualizations are shown in different color versions.

▫️ The colors displayed on customer monitor screens may differ from the actual color due to discrepancies in matrices and display calibrations.

▫️ The boards may have casting remnants on the edges, which the installation team should sand before laying.
