Yes, an installation tool is essential for the correct installation of Minileiste® strips. In particular, it is needed to secure the mounting clips to the floor and precisely insert the strip into the gap between the wall and the floor.
If you do not have a specialist installation tool, you can use an angle, which will also allow for precise attachment of the clips.
Minileiste® strips are not sold with fasteners. Both mounting clips and adhesive strips must be purchased separately.
- For clip mounting: 1 set of mounting clips (5 pieces) is required for one 200 cm strip.
- For adhesive strip mounting: 1 set of mounting strips (6 pieces) is required for one 200 cm strip.
Each room may require a different amount of fasteners, so they are sold separately to allow for individual adjustment to your needs.
